The differentiator is customer support. Most of the HR's are not tech savy people. We need good chunk of hand holding to be done before getting accustomed to a software. 247HRM understands that better. They have a great support team who wil make your life a breeze. And in 3 months you will get accustomed to the software. 247HRM is easy to use and very feature rich software. **What do you dislike about 247HRM?** Nothing as of now. Everything is going smooth.
